I was born in Toronto and have lived my entire life here. This has given me the distinct advantage of understanding and appreciating the transformation of this great city to what it is now and what it’s becoming – an international destination for investors and highly talented and educated immigrants and widely recognized for its tolerance, diversity and cultural exchange. The crazier the world gets, the more we seem to get noticed.
I began my real estate career straight from University where I completed a BSc in Pharmacology and Physiology (what was I thinking), and then a MBA with emphasis on Marketing and Finance.
During my real estate career I've worked in diverse disciplines from Corporate Executive level buying investment properties on behalf of pension funds, to Commercial Brokerage in selling apartment buildings under Power of Sale for financial institutions during the early to mid-1990's, and finally to the present, in working in representing home owners and investors in the purchase/sale and development of both single family and multi-family residential properties. Over 25 years’ experience in the business has given me insight into market cycles and trends, a firm understanding of what makes a good deal and how to best negotiate it in the optimal outcome for my client.
